Arsenal vs Bournemouth: Confirmed team news, predicted lineups and injuries Tony Mogan

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is likely to make several changes to his starting XI as the Gunners host Bournemouth in the Premier League this evening. With attention firmly fixed on the upcoming Champions League semi-final second leg against Paris Saint-Germain, managing player fitness is now a top priority.

Following a narrow 1-0 defeat to PSG at the Emirates on Tuesday, Arsenal face a tough challenge in Paris next week. The squad is already stretched, with Gabriel Magalhaes, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus, and Takehiro Tomiyasu all ruled out for the remainder of the season. Riccardo Calafiori and Jorginho are also unavailable.

Despite the absences, Arteta is expected to rest key players where possible. Bukayo Saka, recently back from a long injury layoff, could be managed cautiously. Martin Ødegaard, who struggled midweek, might also be given a breather.

Ben White could return to the starting lineup after making a substitute appearance on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ethan Nwaneri, Raheem Sterling, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Kieran Tierney are all pushing for starts. Thomas Partey, who missed the PSG clash, is fit and may get minutes ahead of the return leg.

While Arsenal have held onto second place in the league, the fight for Champions League spots is intensifying. Manchester City, just three points behind, are putting pressure on the Gunners, who have dropped points in recent matches against Crystal Palace and Brentford.

Predicted Arsenal XI vs Bournemouth:
Raya; White, Saliba, Kiwior, Tierney; Zinchenko, Rice, Merino; Nwaneri, Trossard, Sterling.
