All eyes are on the Japanese Grand Prix as Max Verstappen aims to make a statement with a standout performance after his record-breaking qualifying lap yesterday. The Red Bull driver defied expectations to secure pole position, ahead of title rival Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

It has been a tough start to the season for both Red Bull and Verstappen, with McLaren and even Mercedes showing better pace. Red Bull has also made headlines for their controversial decision to drop Liam Lawson after just two races.

Yuki Tsunoda has now replaced Lawson, and the occasion is extra special for the Japanese driver as he makes his debut for Red Bull at his home circuit in Suzuka.
